Hi,
Welcome to Samata’s blog world!
I am a simple girl who believes in enjoying this little world and this beautiful life in her own style.
Introducing myself, my birth was in Mangalore and I am one of the many Ballal daughters. I take lot of pride that I belong to a village named Udupi which is a sacrad land. Its an auspicious land which has lot of temples like Udupi Shri Krishna temple, Herga Durga Parameshwari, Chikapadi Shrinivasa temple etc.
I grew up with the gentle care and guidance of my parents in Mumbai and Bangalore. Yes, I spent more time in Bangalore and I am in love with this beautiful city. My marriage made my world expand a little more… I belong to place named Nellitheertha now which is again in the Parashurama Kshetra. Its a unique cave temple of Lord Shiva.
Professionaly I have done my masters in Human Resources and for the last 5 years I am associated with the service industry as a HR Business Partner.
As a person, I enjoy art, dance and music. I enjoy dreaming and making the dreams come true.
Regards,
Samata

Samata ….. Recipe request : Spring onion… something different
Hi Deepti,
Here is one salad that I am a big fan off. Apart from that you can do Aloo Methi recipe replacing methi with spring onion. It goes well with phulkas or roti’s. You can add finely chopped spring onion in Uppu Pulli dosa. This also tastes fantastic. I just love it. There is one gojju that we can make which goes well with rice. I shall put that recipe up in the next 15 days. I hope this helps.
Wow.. mouthwatering options.. thanks
Uppu huli dosa with spring onions it is !!
