Ingredients –
- Pudina (Mint leaves) - 1 measure
- Onion – 1 Medium (cut into 4 pieces)
- Coriander leaves – 2 measure
- Ginger – 5 inch piece
- Tamarind – size of half lemon
- Green chillies – 2
- Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
- Water for grinding
- Salt to taste
Preparation –
1) Grind onion, ginger, green chillies and tamarind together for 2 minutes.
2) Now add cleaned coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies and salt and grind to a smooth paste by adding 1/4 cup of water
3) Finally add lemon juice and grind for 2 seconds.
This chutney goes very well with anything … so you can choose to eat it with rice, chapati, paratas, bread or even dosa. Also, by refregerating this, it will last for 15 days without any problem
