Ingredients –
- Tomato – 1/2 kg
- Potato – 1 Big
- Carrot – 1
- Onion – 1 medium-sized
- Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
- Cloves – 3 to 5
- Cinnamon – 1/2 inch piece
- Cardamom – 1
- Fresh cream – 2 to 3 tsp
- Pepper grains – 5 to 8
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt for taste
- Sugar – 1 tsp
Preparation –
1) Boil tomatoes, potatoes, carrot together and keep aside.
2) Heat oil in a kadai and fry cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, pepper grains in the same for 2 minutes.
3) Now add onion, ginger and garlic paste and fry again for 2 minutes.
4) Grind the boiled vegetables and material in the kadai to a smooth paste. Add little water if required.
5) Now, filter the contents of the mixer to a bowl. Add salt and sugar. Bring to soup to boil while we have to keep stirring.
Garnish it with fresh cream and serve it medium hot.
