Cream of Tomato Soup

To Serve –  

Ingredients –  

  1. Tomato – 1/2 kg
  2. Potato – 1 Big
  3. Carrot – 1
  4. Onion – 1 medium-sized
  5. Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
  6. Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
  7. Cloves – 3 to 5
  8. Cinnamon – 1/2 inch piece
  9. Cardamom – 1
  10. Fresh cream – 2 to 3 tsp
  11. Pepper grains – 5 to 8
  12. Oil - 2 tsp
  13. Salt for taste
  14. Sugar – 1 tsp

Preparation –  

1) Boil tomatoes, potatoes, carrot together and keep aside. 

2) Heat oil in a kadai and fry cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, pepper grains in the same for 2 minutes.  

3) Now add onion, ginger and garlic paste and fry again for 2 minutes. 

4) Grind the boiled vegetables and material in the kadai to a smooth paste.  Add little water if required. 

5) Now, filter the contents of the mixer to a bowl.  Add salt and sugar.  Bring to soup to boil while we have to keep stirring. 

Garnish it with fresh cream and serve it medium hot.





Vegetable Soup

Ingredients –

  1. Rice Starch – 4 cups
  2. Carrot – 1 large
  3. French Beans – 10
  4. Sweet Corn – 1 cup
  5. Green Peas – 1/2 cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Vinegar – 1 tsp
  8. Green Chillies – 1 or 2

Preparation -

1) Cut all the vegetables into small peices and boil in microwave for 5 minutes.

2) Heat the rice starch with salt and when it starts to boil add chillies and boiled vegetables.

3) When the whole soup boils well, remove from heat and add vinegar. (Can add 1tsp of sugar)

Serve it hot before dinner. This is easy to make, yum to eat and healthy as well…
